No, there are no cancelation fees or penalties to disconnect or release a number from CPFS Mobile.
You may choose to disconnect your line with immediate effect, prior to your next billing cycle starting, or by transferring your number to a new carrier.
Requests to disconnect your line before the start of your next cycle allows you to continue to use your CPFS Mobile service until your final day. Any services (such as International Roaming) purchased while you are active on CPFS Mobile are subject to additional charges. At the start of your next cycle, your line will disconnect.
If you choose to transfer (port) or disconnect your number with immediate effect within the middle of your cycle, your services with CPFS Mobile will end on the date of disconnection. There will be no refund for unused service based on proration.
