Why won’t my service activate?

There may be a couple reasons why your activation process is delayed. Ensure you are fully active before placing your SIM in the phone. Here are a few things to check before contacting us:  

  • Are you receiving any activation notifications from CPFS Mobile?  
  • Did you receive and insert your CPFS Mobile SIM card?  
  • Did your device pass the compatibility check?  
  • Are you in the middle of a port-in (transferring your number to CPFS Mobile) or have you yet to do so?
