Can I cancel International Roaming for myself? How about a group member?

Yes, as a group owner, you can cancel International Roaming for yourself and any of your group members. However, as of now, a group member cannot purchase, cancel, or modify International Roaming for himself/herself or another group member.   

 To cancel International Roaming:  

  • Step 1: Open the CPFS Mobile app and click on Services to open International Roaming   
  • Step 2: Click on the Manage International Roaming section   
  • Step 3: Select the trip you wish to cancel.  
  • Step 4: Click on Cancel trip.  
  • Step 5: Confirm the cancelation.
