Once your Welcome Kit is packed, sealed, and ready to ship out, you’ll receive an in-app notification as well as an email with up-to-the-minute tracking information. You can also check the status of your order anytime from the app. All orders are shipped via USPS.

If your Welcome Kit was damaged in transit, stolen by your jealous neighbor, or simply not delivered, please reach out to Customer Service.   We will be able to track your package and check the delivery status for you. How long will it take to get my SIM?

SIMs are shipped via USPS. You’ll receive your SIM within 3-7 business days using our Standard shipping ($3). For faster shipments, we offer a 2-4 business day delivery via Priority mail at $10, and a 1-3 business day delivery via Priority Express at $25.
