To verify or edit any upcoming trip details, go to the Manage International Roaming section of the CPFS Mobile app.   Click on the trip you wish to verify to see all the details. There is an option to edit destination, dates and manage data usage limit as well.   

My trip ended two months ago but I am still receiving International Roaming PayGo (or pay-as-you-go) charges for Voice and SMS. Why?

Once your travel is over, we charge you based on the usage reports we get from our partnering service providers in the countries you traveled. These usage reports are sometimes delayed up to a few months resulting in delayed charges.
