How do I reset my CPFS Mobile password?

You can edit your password on the CPFS Mobile app within the Account section. If you forgot your password, launch the CPFS Mobile app and click on Forgot Password. Wait 30 seconds, open your Forgot Password email, and follow the prompts given.

Yes! If your device supports hotspot, you can use your CPFS Mobile service as a hotspot.   Please note hotspot on Androids may take up to 24 hours to become accessible.

If I get a new device and want to put my CPFS Mobile SIM in it, will it start working automatically or do I need to change any settings in the app?

As long as your device is fully unlocked and compatible, once you insert your CPFS Mobile SIM and turn the phone off and on, it should start working as normal!
